What experience is required to charter a yacht?
We are able to be flexible depending on what qualifications and experience you have and the cruising area you are proposing. The best thing is to check with us by giving us a call and we will see what we can agree.

Do the yachts have bed linen on board?
We are able to supply pillows and double duvets in each of the double cabins for a small charge. We also supply tea towels for the galley.

Do you supply wet weather gear?
Yes. Waterproofs can be hired per set @ £5 per day or £15 per week.

Lifejackets?
All the yachts carry full safety gear to comply with the MCA Codes of Practice for Charter Yachts, including fully automatic lifejackets.

Do the yachts have dinghies on board?
All the yachts have dinghies, but outboard engines are available at an additional cost of £25.

What are the handover and return times?
Day charters 09.00 – 17.00
Weekend charters 18.00 Friday – 17.00 Sunday
Week charters 18.00 Friday/Sunday – 13.00 Friday

What facilities are there in Lymington Yacht Haven?
Showers, laundry room, Bar/Bistro, chandlery with small shop, ice, internet cabin.
